EDISSThis project aims to use chemometric tools (UV, IR, Raman probes) to control fermentation processes in biotechnology. The goal is to model the growth of microorganisms using artificial intelligence tools and develop a digital twin. The collected signals should enable the system's status to be recorded at any time and at any location. Three industrial companies are involved: a specialized external partner, Axel One, the BioDyMIA laboratory, the Rhône-Alpes Auvergne Region, and the Claude Bernard Lyon I University.
